How long does a typical project take?

Strategy engagements: 2–4 weeks. Full website design and development: 8–17 weeks. We establish a clear timeline at the start of every engagement.

What does it cost to work with Monolith UX?

Projects range from $10,000 (focused strategy) to $100,000+ (full-service partnerships). We scope every project individually and provide a transparent proposal. 50% deposit required to begin.

Do you work with clients outside Michigan?

Yes. We're based in Ann Arbor but work with clients across the US. Most work happens virtually; we travel for key milestones.

Do you take on small projects?

We prefer full-service engagements where we can have real impact. For the right fit, we occasionally take on focused strategy or consulting work. Reach out and let's talk.

What do I need to have ready before starting?

Not much. We lead a discovery process. It helps to have a sense of your goals, timeline, and budget — but rough ideas are a fine starting point.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Many clients continue as retainer partners. We offer monthly marketing, analytics, and optimization packages.

Who will I actually work with?
